To advance digital marketing initiatives, Scooter's Coffee has hired Mitch Walden, formerly of Papa John's, AutoZone and O'Reilly Auto Parts, as senior director of loyalty and digital marketing. He'll focus on customer engagement through website optimization, mobile app loyalty and other initiatives
His expertise in digital transformation will result in data-driven, dynamic decision-making, allowing the company and franchisees to elevate customer experience, according to a company press release.
Founded in 1998 by Don and Linda Eckles in Bellevue, Nebraska, Scooter's Coffee has nearly 600 stores in 27 states.
