Schlotzsky's making Tax Day 'Lotz Better'

In the spirit of making life "Lotz Better," Schlotzsky's wants to ease tax day stress. On April 15, the home of The Original round toasted sandwich will offer a free small The Original sandwich to infuse some fun into one of the most chaotic days of the year, said Kelly Roddy, president of Schlotzsky's.

"On tax day and the weeks prior, people are inundated with mounds of paperwork, long lines and financial burdens," he said. "On this day, we love to give our customers a reason to visit to our upbeat stores, kick back and enjoy our favorite sandwich, The Original, to celebrate the completion of the tax season."

Schlotzsky's restaurants nationwide will give away one free small The Original sandwich with the purchase of a 32-ounce drink and a bag of chips. Guests can upgrade to a medium The Original for $1.
