Schlotzsky's launches winter menu

Schlotzsky's is warming up the winter chill with a trio of what it's calling "Winter-rific sandwiches." From now through Feb. 9, the menu features three toasted sandwiches dressed with comfort food favorites, according to a company press release. They include:

• Hickory Ham & Gouda: Shaved hickory ham, Gouda cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion with tangy barbecue sauce.
• Turkey & Cranberry: Smoked turkey breast, lettuce and tomato with light mayonnaise and cranberry sauce, served on a toasted Sourdough bun.
• Turkey, Bacon & Swiss: Smoked turkey breast, crispy bacon strips, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion with light mayonnaise on a toasted Sourdough bun.

"As temperatures drop, we invite our customers to warm up at Schlotzsky's with the three Winter-rific sandwiches," said Kelly Roddy, president of Schlotzsky's. "From their unique flavor profile to generous portions, we look forward to continuing to serve guests only the best this season."

Additionally, Schlotzsky's is making holiday gifting easy this year. Every time guests purchase a total of $25 in Schlotzsky's gift cards they receive a $5 redemption card for themselves. Redemption cards are valid through Feb. 28.
