Schlotzsky's adds 2 new made-to-order salads

Schlotzsky's has added to two new salads to the menu: the Italian Chopped and Southwestern Chicken salads, according to a company press release.

The Italian Chopped comes with chopped romaine lettuce, shredded ham, pepperoni, cotto and Genoa salamis, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, olive tapenade and diced tomatoes tossed in Italian dressing.

The Southwestern Chicken is made up of mixed field greens, grilled chicken breast, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, corn with black beans, diced tomatoes and tortilla strips.

"Since adding fresh tossed salads to our menu, we have seen the popularity of our salad options soar, prompting us to give customers more of what they love," said Kelly Roddy, president of Schlotzsky's. "Aligning with Schlotzsky's dedication to freshly prepared food, this pair of made-to-order salads will delight guests with their unique flavor profiles built with the freshest of ingredients, just like their predecessors."
