Savor FM launches global syndication network for foodservice podcasters

Podcasts and digital media creators serving the foodservice industry now have a centralized platform to reach a massive, targeted audience following the launch of Federated Savor. Created by industry analyst and Fast Casual Nation co-host Paul Barron, the "cable and podcast network" provides a formal syndication model for high-stakes industry intelligence. The network debuts with a combined reach of more than 500,000 subscribers across YouTube and various podcast platforms, offering creators a pre-built infrastructure to scale their content, Barron said.

"The restaurant industry has reached a turning point," he said in a recent blog. "As thin margins collide with rapid digital transformation, the need for a unified, broadcast-quality source of intelligence has never been greater."

A powerhouse for syndication

By centralizing influential voices, Savor FM aims to act as a global syndication powerhouse. The network's foundation is built on strategic alliances that bridge media insights with operational reality.

A key pillar of this rollout is the continued partnership with Connect Media, formerly Networld Media Group. Their flagship program, Fast Casual Nation — co-hosted by Barron and Cherryh Cansler —was recently named the No. 1 restaurant business podcast for 2025.

Joining the network as the inaugural syndicated partner is Popcorn GTM. Its featured show, Modern Solutions for Modern Restaurants with Paul Molinari,focuses on the "digital front frontier," helping operators navigate the noise of AI and tech integration.

With a total monthly reach exceeding 1 million viewers, Savor FM is aggressively expanding its content library into specialized sectors that will define the next decade of the industry:
