Sandella's to open five Texas units

WEST REDDING, Conn. — Sandella's Flatbread has closed a multiunit franchising deal with Gourmet Ventures to bring five new restaurants to Houston. The first unit is expected to open by the end of the year in the Houston Medical Center.
This is Sandella's first venture into the Houston market although there are more than 15 restaurants in development throughout Dallas, Austin and San Antonio.
