Sandella's inks Ill. expansion deal

WEST REDDING, Conn. — Sandella's Flatbread has closed a multiunit franchising deal to bring six new restaurants to Illinois, the company has announced. 
 
Franchisee firm 4th Day Holdings Inc. expects to open the first unit by fall 2008 and is looking for real estate around the Illinois regions of Champaign/Urbana, Bloomington/Normal, Decatur, Peoria, East Peoria and Springfield.
 
Sandella's Flatbread has more than 125 open locations across the United States and another 200 in development. This will be the company's first venture into Illinois.
