Sandella's continues Calif. expansion

WEST REDDING, Conn. — Sandella's Flatbread Café has announced a multiunit development deal with franchisee Jerry Phim, who recently signed a deal to bring three new restaurants to Central Irvine, Calif.

Phim plans to open his first location before the end of the year in Orange County.

Sandella's Flatbread Café offers menu items such as grilled paninis, sandwiches, grilled flatbreads, chopped salads and quesadillas.Restaurants average between 1,000 and 1,500 square feet and seat 30 to 40 guests.
