Salata is adding two units in its hometown of Houston this week.
Salata opens Thursday at the company’s headquarters building at 16720 Park Row in Houston and Friday near the campus of Houston Baptist University at 7457 Southwest Freeway.
"We can't wait to welcome residents, workers and students to these two new restaurants so they can experience our unique salad bar concept," said Berge Simonian, founder and CEO of Salata, in a news release. "We are dedicated to serving healthy, quality food to our guests both day and night and we're looking forward to becoming an integral part of the HBU campus and the community surrounding our new headquarters."
On grand opening day, the first 50 dine-in customers at both of restaurants will eat free and receive a free Salata gift bag. All guests will have a chance to win coupons, merchandise and Salata for a year. Guests will also receive a free dessert with the purchase of a salad or wrap throughout opening day.
