Salata Salad Kitchen continues Dallas-Fort Worth growth

Houston-based Salata Salad Kitchen is opening this week in Denton, Texas, at 1931 S. Loop, and will serve built-to-order salads and wraps, soups, organic teas and lemonades. All fresh fruits, vegetables and lean proteins will be prepared and chopped daily in-house, according to a company press release.

The south Denton Salata is the chain's 92nd location and is operated by Todd and Joanna Jones, who plan to open future locations in the area.
