Salata opens third LA unit

Houston-based Salata continues its rapid expansion with its third location in downtown Los Angeles and 48th nationwide.

Houston-based Salata continues its rapid expansion with its third location in downtown Los Angeles and 48th nationwide. The new location is locally owned and operated by Salata franchisee Ara Simonian, who also owns the two other downtown locations in the Citi National building and California Plaza. It will feature an updated, refreshed look and new digital menu boards, according to a company press release.

The 1,500-square-foot restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
