Salata Salad Kitchen is entering the South Carolina market via a partnership with franchisees Brian and Keri Leachman. They will open three restaurants across Myrtle Beach and Greenville.
"We recognized a need for healthier dining options in our community and our passion for entrepreneurship led us to Salata," Keri Leachman said in a company press release. "Bringing Salata to South Carolina and creating a place where our family and the community can prioritize their health while enjoying fresh, delicious meals is an important goal of ours."
The restaurants are expected to open in fall 2025.
Salata offers built-to-order salads and wraps alongside soups, teas and lemonades.
