Salata continuing Texas expansion

Houston-based Salata, a built-to-order salad concept, is opening its 93rd location Thursday in Euless, Texas.

Operated by Pegasus Restaurant Group's Mark Robbins, the 2,800-square-foot restaurant is the group's eighth location.

Founded in 2005, Salata also has locations in Georgia, Southern California, Louisiana and North Carolina.
