Saladworks, which is part of the WOWorks family of brands, is launching its most ambitious menu update in the brand's 35-year history and it's all about putting some 'wow' in front of its guests.
The menu revamp aims to "revolutionize" the salad experience, according to a press release.
The news comes during May, which is national salad month but Saladworks is renaming it national Saldworks month. Here are the menu changes:
- In the create your own menu category it's adding the option for guests to create a customized salad, a warm grain bowl, or a mixture of both, built upon a base of greens, grains or both.
- With its chef-created signatures menu category the brand is adding the option for guests to order any one of them as a salad, a warm grain bow, or a mixture of both, built upon a base of greens, grains or both. It's also adding six global and regional flavor profiles (e.g., Asian, Mediterranean, Greek, Southwestern Chipotle, Smoky BBQ, Farmers Market).
- With wraps, customers can now order a create your own or any of the 12 signatures recipes in the form of a portable, hand-held wrap, with Saladworks calling it "The First Salad You Can Eat With Your Hands!"
- Saladworks is also launching a summer-long Flavor Your World campaign that will feature its six new recipes for the same price.
- From May 3 through June 12, Saladworks rewards members will have the opportunity to try each of the six signature menu items and receive a post check-in email with a custom 'passport stamp' representing each region to add to their "Flavor Passport."
"At Saladworks, we have always believed that everything we do should 'revolve' around anticipating and fulfilling the needs, wants and desires of our guests," Mark Mears, WOWorks CMO, said in the release.
