Salad Station reported record growth and a sales milestone for 2024, reporting a 6.5% increase in average gross revenue among its top-performing locations and saw one restaurant exceed $1 million in annual sales for the first time.
With over 30 locations across the Southeast, the company attributes the growth to menu innovation and technology upgrades.
"This year's growth to-date reflects the power of culinary creativity, community values and operational excellence," Scott Henderson, co-founder and president of Salad Station, said in a company press release.
Recent limited-time offers, including Chicken Shawarma and Fajita Chicken, helped drive the average check up by $1.46 year-over-year. The brand has also been testing a new rice bowl to increase dinner traffic and has introduced house-made flavored pita chips systemwide.
The company has also updated its digital platforms, rolling out a new loyalty app through Paytronix and a revamped website. Salad Station also adopted Ovation, a platform that provides real-time guest feedback and operational insights.
In a philanthropic effort, Salad Station launched its "Lettuce Help" campaign in partnership with the national nonprofit No Kid Hungry. The company is donating $1 for every qualifying menu item purchased during the campaign period.
