Phoenix-based Salad and Go is opening three locations within the next month in the Dallas-Fort Worth markets of Arlington and Rowlett, bringing its Texas store count to nearly 20.
The first of two Arlington locations opens Friday at 938 North Cooper St., and the second store is expected to open the week of Aug. 22 at 4828 South Cooper St. The Rowlett store will open the week of Aug. 4 at 3201 Lakeview Pkwy., according to a company press release.
"Salad and Go is honored to be welcomed into these new DFW markets as we continue growing our presence in North Texas and beyond," Charlie Morrison, Salad and Go's CEO, who joined the brand last month from his previous tenure as CEO of Addison-based WingStop, said in the release. "It remains Salad and Go's mission to make fresh, nutritious food convenient and affordable for all, and our continued success in this endeavor as we venture across Texas is all thanks to our amazing team and to the communities that believe in the brand and love what we do."
As Salad and Go continues growing with a focus on Arizona, Texas and soon Oklahoma, the DFW locations represent just a fraction of the growth to come throughout the remainder of this year in light of the brand's intentions to nearly double its network size to a total of 90 locations open and operating by the close of this year and goals to double again by the end of 2023.
Salad and Go was founded in 2013 in Gilbert, Arizona, and operates nearly 60 locations across Arizona and Texas.
