Rush Bowls to open in Tucson

Colorado-based Rush Bowls will open late this summer, into early fall in Tuscon, Arizona, according to a company press release. 

"I believe that eating healthy should be easy for everyone, and when I came across Rush Bowls I really resonated with the mission of providing quick health to all ages," said Brian Seay, who will own and operate the Tuscon location. "Rush Bowls has garnered a strong following in Colorado and beyond, and we are confident that it is a perfect fit for Tucson."

Seay previously was in the military and then went to work in the hospitality and food industry in positions from dishwasher to general manager. Seay retired and then found Rush Bowls and decided it was the perfect venture for him.

Founded in 2004, the Colorado-based brand has over 60 locations.
