Rush Bowls signs 5-store deal for Michigan locations

Rush Bowls has signed a five-store development deal with Elizabeth Lehman, president of Blush Enterprises.

Lehman, according to a press release, is eying locations in Detroit, Ann Arbor and East Lansing, focusing on college and university campus locations as well as professional office areas.

The first is projected to open in the first quarter of 2019, near Detroit, according to the release.

"I have four kids who are millennials or generation Z — very similar to Rush Bowls' target audience. I have seen how their healthy lifestyle habits evolve over the years, and I understand how important proper nutrition is to them,” said Lehman in the release. "Rush Bowls is the perfect brand to satisfy young adults' cravings, while meeting their demand for high-quality nutritious and sustainable food. I am proud to bring a product to Michigan that offers a nutritious meal in a fast-casual environment. It’s something I’m very passionate about."
