Rush Bowls rushing to open 30 units

Colorado-based Rush Bowls is set to exceed last year's number of franchise locations opened by nearly three times, with 30 to 50 in development and a plan to open 30 locations over the next year, according to a company press release.

In the next six months, the chain will open 10 locations in Nebraska, Louisiana, Florida, Indiana, Minnesota, Illinois and Virginia. Last year, it opened eight locations.

"Since pioneering the smoothie bowl concept 17 years ago, we've built a loyal customer base and they have really helped us get to where we are today," Andrew Pudalov, founder and CEO of Rush Bowls, said in the release. "We could not be happier to share the magic of Rush Bowls and connect with more people."

Founded in 2004 and franchising since 2016, Rush Bowls has 34 locations operating in 19 states with over 100 additional locations in various stages of development.
