Rush Bowls heading to Indiana

Meals-in-a-bowl fast casual Rush Bowls will open the first of three Indiana-based restaurant franchise locations sometime this year.

The brand has signed a multi-unit development agreement with 20-year-old Ethan White, an Indiana University junior who plans to open the three locations likely near his university, downtown Bloomington and Indianapolis, according to a press release.

"I have a passion for health and wellness, and I see Rush Bowls as an opportunity to bring value to my community by introducing a premium health product, served in a vibrant atmosphere, by an energetic team who understand the importance of excellent service," said White in the release. "I especially look forward to meeting the needs of people with dietary restrictions. Being someone that deals with restrictions myself, I have always appreciated restaurants that go out of their way to provide customers with what they need."
