Rumbi Island Grill to open in California

Rumbi Island Grill will open its first California restaurant Sept. 21 in Mission Viejo, the company has announced. Rumbi Island Grill currently operates 24 units in Colorado, Utah and Arizona.
The California expansion could lead to as many as 35 new restaurants opening in the state.
The restaurant will be located at 24000 Alicia Parkway Blvd. in Mission Viejo at The Gateway Center near Jeronimo Road and Via Fabricante.
