Roti, a Chicago-based company known for bowls, salads and pitas, is doubling down on its efforts to keep team members and customers safe by launching a contactless pick-up solution at five area locations in Northbrook, Lincoln Park, Oak Brook, Schaumburg and Vernon Hills, a news release said.
Guests may order via the company's website, selecting their preferred locations. Upon arrival, customers may park in exclusive spots and are prompted to let the Roti team know they arrived by clicking a link in their order confirmation. From there, employees deliver the orders to the car.
"We have always focused on serving customers on their terms — fast, convenient, and safe," Nico Nieto, VP and head of Marketing and Brand at Roti, said in the release. "By rolling out contactless curbside pickup, our guests can now get fresh delicious bowls, salads and pitas in the comfort and warmth of their own car."
Contactless curbside pickup is available at five Chicagoland locations with more to be activated in the near future including restaurants in Minneapolis, Dallas and Washington, D.C.
Roti has 42 locations.
