Roti hires former Dean and DeLuca president as CEO

Chicago-based Roti Modern Mediterranean has hired Justin Seamonds as its CEO to help strengthen it for for long-term growth, according to a company press release. 

Roti Modern Mediterranean has hired Justin Seamonds as its CEO.

Seamonds, who served as the CEO of Snack Street and President of Dean and DeLuca, where he led the organization to a $140 million buyout, is in charge of enhancing Roti's digital offerings as well as its delivery and catering business.

Roti Modern Mediterranean has 42 locations in Chicago, Washington D.C., New York City, Dallas, Houston and Minneapolis.
