Roll-Em-Up Taquitos elevates CX via digital feedback platform

Southern California-born Roll-Em-Up Taquitos has tapped Tattle, an AI-driven feedback platform, to measure customer satisfaction across digital ordering channels at its eight locations. The technology also provides recommendations to improve operational areas, according to Sam Fonseca, chief operating officer at Roll-Em-Up.

"Having a team that understands where we're excelling, and where we need to further lean in from a guest experience perspective is critical," Fonseca said in a press release. "I've had experience leveraging Tattle and the company's uncovered insights in the past, and it's a best-in-class offering that aligns with our organization's desire to give our team the best tools available."

Tattle has over 50 integrations, including Toast, Punchh and Olo.

"Roll-Em-Up is on fire, from the quality of the product to the long lines it generates with every new store opening," Tattle CEO/Founder Alex Beltrani said in the release.
