Roll-Em-Up Taquitos is rolling out a deal with David Latif and Adam Rizza to bring five locations into South Orange County.

"This is really just the tip of the iceberg," Roll Em Up CDO Chris Wyland said in a company press release. "We have been receiving franchise inquiries daily from across the country. Although our initial focus has been on the California market, we will soon be rolling out our brand to neighboring states and beyond."

Latif and Rizza, who have over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in the Orange County area, will open their first location by Q1 of 2022 and will eventually add stores to Laguna Beach, Irvine, Mission Viejo and Aliso Viejo.

"We fell in love with the quality of the food and the simplicity of the menu appeals to many different consumers," Rizza said. "Plus, when you walk into a Roll Em Up Taquito restaurant, there's such a great vibe and the energy in the air, we just knew we had to be a part of it."

Roll-Em-Up Taquitos, which has three units and 71 in development, is seeking franchise partners with previous restaurant ownership experience and passion for the brand to help it expand. With a territory fee of $20,000 and a franchise fee of $20,000, the initial investment to own and operate a Roll-Em-Up Taquitos restaurant rages from $278,000 to $585,000, according to the release.
