Rocket Restaurants Group readying for international growth, hires on new leaders

Rocket Restaurants Group, an Ireland-based fast casual and diner group, has named Adrian Crean as managing director and James Walker as international development advisor.

The appointments come as the brand is getting ready for international expansion, according to a press release. Rocket Restaurants Group includes the Eddie Rocket's Irish chain of American diners and the Rocket's fast casual restaurants.

The company has 51 restaurants and diners across Ireland, Spain and Germany. Crean succeeds company founder, Niall Fortune, who is now company chairman.
