Rock N' Roll Sushi headlining in Apollo Beach

Rock N' Roll Sushi is opening in Apollo Beach, Florida, marking its second location in Hillsborough County, 14th in Florida and 73rd systemwide.

"When we open a new Rock N' Roll Sushi, we really just want to let the good times roll," John Weissfisch, franchisee and area representative, said in a company press release. "That's why our fans love us. We provide great food, amazing service but most of all, we provide a good experience and that's what elevates us."

The chain was founded in 2010 by husband-and-wife duo Lance and Gerri Mach Hallmark in Mobile, Alabama.
