RoboBurger teams with Chartwells on robotic burger machine at New York college

RoboBurger, manufacturer of an autonomous robotic burger machine, has installed its first machine in a higher education location at St John's University in Queens, New York, with the support of Chartwells Higher Education, according to a press release.

The robot contains a grill, toaster, condiment dispenser and a dishwashing function, allowing it to function 24/7.

The current RoboBurger 2.0 unit cooks a burger in four to five minutes, with even quicker cooking times when the grill is hot.

RoboBurger launched its first location in March 2022 in Newport Mall in Jersey City.
