Robeks hires Dawn Eriksen-Foy as VP of Franchise Sales

Los Angeles-based Robeks, known for its fresh smoothies, juices, acai bowls and premium toasts, has appointed Dawn Eriksen-Foy as its VP of Franchise Sales.
Eriksen-Foy brings a wealth of experience to Robeks, having served as the director of Franchise Sales at Bonchon and as the regional manager of Franchise Sales at Wingstop. Her background also includes sales management at Sprint.
"I am honored to join the Robeks team and lead our franchise sales efforts during this dynamic phase of growth," Eriksen-Foy said in a company press release. Robeks has built an outstanding reputation for dedication to quality, and I can't wait to work hand-in-hand with our franchise partners to bring nutritious and delicious options to even more communities across the nation."
Robeks opened its 100th location and unveiled 15 sites in 2023, and hopes to add 15 to 20 units in 2024.
