Rising Roll plans Phoenix expansion

TUCSON, Ariz. — Rising Roll Gourmet has signed a deal with Phoenix businessman Scot Wilson to open 15 Rising Roll Gourmet locations in the Phoenix market in the next few years. The expansion has the potential to add 150 new jobs to the Arizona restaurant industry, Rising Roll officials said.

Rising Roll Gourmet operates 13 locations, primarily in the Southeast. The restaurant features 50 gourmet sandwiches, salads and daily soups.
