Rick Ross rocks out with Wingstop

Maybach Music Group CEO Rick Ross celebrated National Chicken Wing Day this week by buying a Wingstop. The platinum recording artist is now the owner of the Wingstop at 3656 W. Hillsboro Blvd., in Deerfield Beach, Fla.

"I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate National Chicken Wing Day than announcing we own and operate another great South Florida Wingstop," Ross said. "We're all about serving our fans with the best wings in town."

Ross has a multi-unit, multi-state development agreement with the growing 580-unit wing chain. In addition to the Deerfield Beach location, Ross owns one Wingstop in Miami, two in Memphis and a location in Jackson, Tenn.

Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Richardson, Texas, Wingstop has more than 580 restaurants open across the United States and Mexico.
