Red Robin opening to benefit the Columbus Division of Fire

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc. will open its 300 restaurant nationwide inColumbus,Ohio, Monday.

As part of its grand opening celebration, Red Robin will donate 50 centsfrom every gourmet burger sold during grand opening week, Jan. 9 to 15, to theColumbusDivision of Fire. The money raised will help support the firedepartment's physical fitness equipment.

"On behalf of the Fire Department, we would like to thank Red Robin forhelping us maintain and repair our physical fitness equipment," said FireChief Ned Pettus.  "This generous donation will enable our firefighters toparticipate in cardiovascular and strength training programs."
