Red Mango names new VP of Operations

Red Mango Yogurt Café & Juice Bar has promoted Craig Erlich to vice president of Operations. In his new role, Erlich will be responsible for working with all departments to implement the organizational programs and goals, according to a news release.  

“Craig has done an amazing job in record time to help Red Mango launch our evolving operations,” President Greg Kaloustian said in the release. “He has been involved on the ground floor as we tested the café concept, debuted fresh cold-squeezed juices and grew our customer base for more than healthy frozen treats overnight. He’s an exceptional individual to shepherd those operations across our rapidly growing chain.”

Erlich joined Red Mango in 2013, supporting franchisees in the Northeast. He was promoted to national director of Operations in November of 2013 and helped implement several program rollouts, including Smoothie Factory, Red Mango Café & Juice Bar, Cold Brew and Snack Rack.

Prior to Red Mango, Erlich worked in operations departments for companies such as CVS Pharmacy, KB Toys and JoAnn’s Fabrics.
