Raw Juce taps Outmatch to boost hiring, retention

Florida-based Raw Juce has tapped OutMatch to provide the company with pre-hire assessment solutions in hopes of helping it put the right team in place to support its rapid growth, according to a company press release.

Over the past 18 months, Raw Juce opened six locations in South Florida, more than doubling employment from 100 team members to more than 250. With plans to continue growing, Raw Juce is now using pre-hire assessments designed by OutMatch specifically for the hospitality industry, according to the release.

Completed by candidates as they apply, the assessments are tailored for both front of the house positions such as cashiers and smoothie makers, and back of the house roles such as food preparers and dishwashers, Greg Moran, president and CEO of OutMatch, said in the release. The assessments generate data that predict which candidates will be most successful and saves Raw Juce time and money as it hires and retains team members that are the best match for the company.
