Rachel's Kitchen taking on Texas

Construction is underway at the Lone Star's first Rachel's Kitchen, a Las Vegas-based eatery marking its inaugural Texas location in Frisco this spring at 3620 Star Blvd.
The brand is eyeing the Fort Worth and Dallas markets for future development, mirroring the success and development of the Las Vegas locations, said Debbie Roxarzade, founder of Rachel's Kitchen.
"We are super excited to have begun development in the Texas market with construction starting in Frisco," Roxarzade said in a company press release. "With this expansion, we're seeking more potential franchise partners interested in the restaurant industry to bring the renowned and proven success of Rachel's Kitchen to the state of Texas."
Delicious menu items and welcoming and caring staff make Rachel's Kitchen a wholesome fast casual restaurant for every guest, Roxarzade said.
