Rachel's Kitchen looks to Salt Lake City for expansion

Las Vegas-based Rachel's Kitchen is looking to expand and is eyeing Salt Lake City, according to a company press release. 

"We see many visiting customers from Salt Lake City in our Las Vegas restaurants," CEO Debbie Roxarzade, said in the release. "It just made sense to bring Rachel's Kitchen closer home to those guests."

Rachel's Kitchen has eight units.
