Quiznos exec fired following Internet sex scandal

The Denver Channel: A Denver-area Quiznos executive has been fired from his position at the sandwich chain following his arrest for allegedly arranging to meet a 13-year-old girl for sex. Scott Darrell Lippitt, vice president of marketing, was handed six criminal charges, including attempted sexual assault on a child.

 

Lippitt's attorney, Gary Lozow, said the firing is because of recent media attention, not because of his arrest. Read more
