Quiznos exec becomes Earl of Sandwich CEO

ORLANDO — The Earl of Sandwich chain named quick-service restaurant veteran executive Michael Grodi as president and chief executive officer. 

 

Grodi served as a senior vice president of operations and development for Quizno's. Grodi has also served in various positions with companies that owned and/or operated multiple units under the Fuddruckers, Arby's and Subway brands.
