Qdoba has opened its 800th location in North Miami Beach, Florida, marking a significant step toward its goal of doubling its footprint to 1,600 restaurants by 2032.
The company also announced it has secured commitments for over 500 developments, according to a press release.
CEO John Cywinski highlighted the company's "double-digit system sales growth over the past five years," calling it "one of the fastest-growing brands in America."
The chain is targeting expansion in Florida, Texas, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, California, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana and Tennessee.
Jeremy Vitaro, chief development officer, said nearly 20 franchise partners have joined the brand in the past two years, according to the release.
The restaurants will include both traditional locations and non-traditional sites, including airports, universities and military bases.
