Project Pie plans New Jersey debut

Project Pie has signed a 9-unit franchise deal that will mark the brand’s debut in New Jersey.

The new restaurants will be owned and operated by local company The Belvedere Group, which plans to open the first Project Pie location in Northern New Jersey by early 2015.

"We are excited to bring the best fast-casual pizza experience to New Jersey," Director of Operations Dom Sgambelluri said in a news release. "With our artisan-quality pizza that is fast and affordable, Project Pie is going to shake up the typical pizza experience in Jersey."
