Pret A Manger set for Manhattan expansion

RKF, the exclusive retail leasing agent in Manhattan for Pret A Manger, most recently arranged two new long-term retail leases. The newly opened shops bring the number of Manhattan-based Pret A Manger locations to 33.

RKF Vice President Joshua Strauss and Director Jackie Totolo arranged a 3,854-square-foot ground-floor lease for Pret A Manger at 350 Hudson St. in west SoHo. The landlord, Trinity Real Estate, was represented in-house.

"These two new locations speak to Pret A Manger's commitment to expand into marquee areas and high-profile spaces throughout the city," said RKF Vice President Joshua Strauss. "Landlords all over the city have sought out and welcomed Pret A Manger, which has an excellent reputation as a strong operator with first-rate store design and as a shop that serves high-quality, fresh and organic food."

Pret A Manger was founded in London in 1986. RKF previously worked with the chain when it first launched in the New York market. It has stores located in England, Hong Kong and the U.S., and continues to expand adjacent to leading fashion retailers and cultural landmarks in New York, Chicago and Washington, D.C. Pret A Manger currently operates more than 250 locations worldwide.
