Potbelly’s first South Dakota location set to open

Potbelly Sandwich Shop has signed an agreement that will bring its first shop to South Dakota. Currently slated to open this winter, the shop will be located at 2101 W. 41st Street, Sioux Falls.

According to a news release, Paul Goldammer, the owner of the new sandwich shop, is a Sioux Falls native and local attorney. He will run the restaurant along with Lance O’Hara.

“The Potbelly vibe will resonate well here in Sioux Falls. It’s a natural fit,” Goldammer said in the release. “As a community-driven shop, Potbelly is going to find a welcome home here in Sioux Falls. It is a great feeling to be part of bringing Potbelly here for our longtime friends, family and neighbors too enjoy.”
