Potbelly Sandwich opens second location in Rochester, Minnesota

Potbelly Sandwich Shop opened its second Rochester, Minnesota location on April 9, marking the brand's 25th store in the state.

The store owners are Kim and Kirk Gordon, Sandy and John Rogness and Bill and Erin Nystrom, and the three couples boast a combined 20 years of restaurant industry experience. The Gordons own the Potbelly Sandwich Shop on First Avenue SW in Rochester, according to a press release.

"We’re thrilled to add another location in Rochester with other esteemed entrepreneurs," said Kim Gordon in the release. "It is an honor to be able to bring our tasty sandwiches, salads, shakes and cookies to even more members of the community," said Kirk Gordon.

Potbelly operates more than 450 corporate and franchise shops in the United States.
