Potbelly opening second Rochester, Minnesota, unit

Potbelly Sandwich Shop opened this week in Rochester, Minnesota, marking the city's second location and the state's 25th, according to a company press release.  

"We're thrilled to add another location in Rochester with other esteemed entrepreneurs," said Franchisee Kim Gordon, who owns the store with her husband, Kirk, along with Sandy and John Rogness and Bill and Erin Nystrom. "It is an honor to be able to bring our tasty sandwiches, salads, shakes and cookies to even more members of the community."

Potbelly, which has more than 450 corporate and franchise shops in the United States, is seeking experienced multi-unit operators to help it expand its footprint, according to the release.
