Aylwin Lewis, the chairman, president and CEO of Potbelly, will serve as the featured speaker at the upcoming Executives' Club Chicago CEO Breakfast/Diversity Leadership Series.
Lewis will speak on the topic "The Future of Fast Food: Leveraging Culture to Engage Consumers." He will explain how he's breaking down barriers and making sure his company's leaders match the customers they serve. He will also address the future of fast food, what it will take to be successful, and how to target millennials and their evolving, health-conscious tastes.
The breakfast will be held on Dec. 16 at Palmer House Hilton, 17 E. Monroe St., Chicago. Registration and networking begins at 7:15 a.m. and the program begins at 8 a.m.
The discussion will be moderated by Roger Crockett, President, R.O. Crockett Leadership Advisory.
