Pollo Tropical launches delivery with Uber Eats

Pollo Tropical has partnered with Uber Eats to offer delivery and is launching free delivery this weekend to celebrate. Pollo customers had been searching for Pollo Tropical on Uber Eats, according to Uber Eats data, which found that the chain was among the highest searched-for brands in Florida.

"Pollo Tropical is always looking for ways to give guests what they want. Our fans clearly want us on Uber Eats, so we are very excited to give them what they have been looking for," Richard Stockinger, president and CEO of Fiesta Restaurant Group, the parent company of Pollo Tropical. "Now, they can get the authentic, made from scratch food they love, delivered right to their door."

Pollo Tropical is available through Uber Eats in all of its markets in Florida through the Uber Eats app and website.

Founded in 1988, Pollo owns and operates more than 140 locations in Florida as well as five licensed restaurants on college campuses and one licensed location in a hospital, and franchised locations throughout the Caribbean, Central America, South America and Puerto Rico.
