PizzaRev drops into Pelican State

PizzaRev opened a Shreveport, Louisiana, location in early December on Line Avenue, a news release said. Local restaurateurs, Mark Florsheim and Cassidy Kin are spearheading growth in Louisiana as owners of the Shreveport store, the first in the state.

The store hosted a "Pizzas for a Purpose" fundraising event to celebrate its new home with all sales going to help the no-kill shelter locally operated by the Humane Society of Northwest Louisiana.

The 5-year-old LA-based brand has more than 45 locations and said in the release that it is adding more than 200 franchises in 17 U.S. states and Mexico.
