Pizza execs will discuss how to hire, train, retain great employees

A restaurant brand is only as strong as its employees, which is why QSRWeb has tapped Hotbox Pizza Founder Gabe Connell and Mary Kay Haas, Pizza Factory's director of Marketing, to share their expertise in a free webinar, "How to Hire, Train and Retain Great Pizzeria Employees."

During the hour-long discussion, which is at 2 p.m., EST, March 11, attendees will get a behind-the-scenes look at hiring and training procedures at Central Indiana-based Hotbox, which has 22 locations, as well as Pizza Factory, which has has over 100 locations in six states.

Brad Brooks, marketing director of SpeedLine Solutions, will also talk about what he's hearing from his restaurant clients regarding training and hiring.
