Pizza Inn exec named to Dickey's Barbecue franchising team

Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants Inc. has named Madison Jobe as its new VP of Franchise Development.

According to a news release, Jobe will lead the company's expansion initiatives with more than 100 new locations already planned within the next year.

"We are doing something that has never been done before by taking fast casual barbecue nationwide at such an aggressive pace," CEO Roland Dickey, Jr. said in the release. "Madison has a proven track record in the restaurant industry and extensive consumer brand experience that will allow us to position our barbecue franchise for continued success."

Prior to joining Dickey's, Jobe served as SVP and CDO for Pizza Inn Holdings Inc. and was instrumental in the creation and expansion of the Pie Five Pizza Co. concept. He has also held executive roles with Stockade Companies, Ruby's Diner, Shakey's Pizza and Red Robin.
