Pieology opens location in North Carolina

Pieology Pizzaria is adding another slice to its pie by opening its first North Carolina location in Raleigh this week. Owner/operator Segovia Aslan Enterprises, which has secured the franchise rights to open Pieology restaurants across the southeastern US,  is behind this venture in Raleigh, according to a company press release. 

"All of our locations are exceeding our expectations in their respective markets and, truth be told, we're excited to bring Pieology's exceptional guest experience to a brand new state," said Joshua McBride, Segovia Aslan Enterprise's vice president of development.

Panda Restaurant Group made a strategic investment in Pieology earlier this year. The company has more than 1,900 global locations, and Pieology expects to benefit from the group's resources, buying power and vendor relationships, according to the release.
